Description
Vacuum block molding machine is used for molding EPS beads to form blocks. EPS blocks are then cut into sheets for house insulation or packing. EPS blocks are popularly used to make EPS sandwich panels, 3D panels, wall insulation panels, glass packing and furniture packing, etc. This EPS molding machine is composed of control box, vacuum system and weighing system, etc. Vacuum block molding machine can produce high density blocks with low water content. This machine works fast cycle.

Features

  • 1. This EPS molding machine is made of high-strength square tubes and thick steel plates.
  • 2. The six panels of this vacuum block molding machine are all heat treated to release welding stress. The panels don’t deform under high temperature.
  • 3. After heat treatment, all panels are processed through sand blasting treatment to remove rust.   The panels are painted twice to keep the machine anti-corrosion.
  • 4. Three ball valves are used in the vacuum block molding machine to control steam volume. This method saves 20% steam contrasted with the traditional on-valve system.
  • 5. Steaming is controlled by timer and three German electrical gauge switches. There is a safety valve used for preventing gauge malfunction situation.
  • 6. This EPS molding machine is controlled by PLC. It can be operated through touch screen.
  • Package and Delivery
    The vacuum block molding machine is packed with container and is transported by sea.
